The ICM has nothing to do with the camshaft so changing that won't solve any issues. And I am willing to bet you spun a bearing and that "lifter tick" that you hear is not a "lifter tick" like you think.I changed my oil and haven seen metal or glittery oil since. There were no chunks or anything in the oil and nothing on my magnetic drain plug. So I'm not sure. If I was grinding lobes or something I'd have a ****ty idle at the very least of my worries and the car runs great except for a lifter tick. I'm going to try changing the icm see if that helps with the cam code.
