looks like your lines going to your pump are slightly kinked and it wouldn't hurt if your pump was lower, it should be at the lowest point of the system

I filled it with coolant as much as I could to start off the it was so slow... I mean slow... the the more it needed coolant I filled it up till I topped it off I used a old wheel lock as a cap lol it useful so it works

Only reason I ask what type of pump is because that's how my Bosch sounded when it had an air bubble trapped and wasn't actually pumping. After getting it burped it's just a low hum/whine and you can really hear the coolant "wooshing" noise.
 
Are you planning on putting some armor or something around the hoses going through the hole in the frame there? I could easily see those rubbing through at some point. I bought a '98 Sunfire brand new, and 3 months later, I had a lake of coolant forming under my car from where the upper rad hose rubbed through against the battery tray...they actually issued a recall for that car because of that issue...lol...the fix was to wrap the upper rad hose with a ribbed plastic that withstood the rub. I'd just hate to see your hoses rub through, and you be stuck somewhere.

But I will have hoses protected actually looking what to grab right now any ideas? Dsmuts.... hows your intercooler install coming along are you finish?
