Probably the same way a local got control arms. Had trouble putting them on, measured where the length of the tube at the bushing etc (bushing dimension) called, got told no problem as they were out of spec, got to Tim for the return and Tim told him to cut them and put the bushing back in. They are powder coated etc. Tim refused to do the return when the customer was nice, handled it properly etc.

Sometimes you catch people on bad days. Who knows if someone pee'd in their cornflakes right before you call.

The OP had a bad experience, granted he may not have handled it the best but the way he handled it was based off his perceived rep/image of zzp.

Thanks for basically generalizing everyone and their opinions here and singling out this site.

Just because you might have had a bad experience, as much as I don't care for them either...you don't have to start a sh1tstorm like this, but that's just my opinion...take it with a grain of salt.

Its not a ****storm just some guy unhappy with cheap HIDs
 
It's very obvious that you have not frequently been placed in a position where you have to write a clear, concise and coherent email explaining your issue and how you would like it resolved. That was a very foolhardy email to send. Customer service is a two way street, if you respect the supplier and rationally explain your situation, you will, more often than not, come out winning in some way. While the fact of the matter remains that ZZP has not had the best reputation as of late, this should not mean that the bearer of the fault is exclusively ZZP, you are at fault also, for not previously education yourself. I do not even have HID's, yet I know to stay away from ZZP and I know that DDM and VVME is the way to go. The internet era is a wonderful thing, this is why google is a multi billion dollar company, use them. Also next time, please don't reference individual websites that you believe give you some sort of entitlement when dealing with a car parts supplier, makes you look really bad.

Last time I checked when someone solely made a thread just to b1tch about a vendor and you're sitting there expecting people to join or fight back, what else are you going to call it? Sh1tstorm sure seems better than an unhappy guy, obviously.

got my o2 emulator today didnt take away my code, but then i erased the code and it hasent come back so does that mean its good ? im still getting worse mpg's with out a cat though is this normal ?

Did you delete the egr or just put headers on? What code are you getting? Maybe you should just start a thread lol
