its funny because you think ZZP makes them. bet its the same taiwanese junk that comes from VVME or DDM. all plug and play HID kits are junk. literally all of them.
 


zzp send my o2 emulator out on the 2nd and it was expected delivery the 6th and i still haven't got it

And as for the bulbs being discolored. The cheaper low end brands very seldom meet what they are expected to in intensity. It all depends on the bulb quality and the ballast quality.


And that is a very distasteful waste of **** you sent them. That is not how you address your issues with their products.

true but most products i get from zzp shipping is pretty slow but im all the way in PA

i have a tracking number its been in Philadelphia scince the 6th im in Bensalem right next to Philadelphia but i cant get the number for the carrier it doesn't say witch place only the zip code
 
Yup thats still UPS's fault not ZZP UPS is usually the slowest shipper out of the big 3, with Fedex I can buy something and 2 days later its on my doorstep using their ground service with UPS its 3-4 days.
 


The only thing I dont understand with ZZP is the high cost for shipping , I ordered 2 band clamps and 2 manifold screws and end up paying like $23 for shipping. Shipping was pretty fast though never had a problem with them other than shipping cost. Intense was a bit more affordable on the shipping side.
 
ZZP has been slipping bad again lately I would wait a few months before ordering from them.

They have had some monies from a local guy for months now, with no ETA of when his parts will arrive.

Well, that's pretty stupid, if you ask me. How the hell you could fault a vendor for sending you the wrong item, then not even ask for the correct one, it beyond me.
