^ is the last post on PAGE 1 back on 3/20/2011. So our new guy, notices that, misses the other 32 pages, and ignores the time stamp and thinks "I will answer this" and poof.I'm just curious... What is debadge?
Oh wow im about an hour and 20 mins away from Fort Wayne but nice car by the way and yeah i would agree on removing the pin stripeThanks for the advice, keep them coming!
Ive tought about debadge and removing the pin stripe(its pretty rough in some areas).
And I do want to redo the tint so its black and not icky purple looking.
And I am actually located just south of fort wayne about 15 minutes.
Thanks!that looks like a fabulous paint job you did there Danielle
Thanks! It kinda does, but its more glittery than anything. The ground coat is super cool alone. It's like a silver flake kinda thing.Looks great kinda changes color?
Thanks. Pinstripe has been gone for over a year now and I never looked back after doing it!Oh wow im about an hour and 20 mins away from Fort Wayne but nice car by the way and yeah i would agree on removing the pin stripe![]()
It's so cool! Mine was pretty dusty, so make sure you have work area covered well and what not. That paint looks awesome!
I'll be doing mines in orange next week.
Any tips? Prep? Did you apply a clear coat?
I'm thinking about it! I think O'Reillys is supposed to have it, but I haven't looked at the local one yet.I think it looks great not my kinda color but I deff think it works for you...you should deff find another can to do the calipers!
Andd......since I got the POR15 Friday (THANK YOU BILL!), I was thinking today, what if I did the whole inner bent part of the fender in black...would that look stupid?
That's where I am having rust issues in 2 small places, so I thought if I just went ahead and lined it all (even tho its not all rusting) it would help prevent it even more? Or is that dumb?
Here is what I'm thinking:

Like paint from my nail in towards the fender liner.
