Chronicles of Elite6's Motor Swap - It lives 8/31

Over a G but it done so i wont complain. I had supplied all the brakes and the lca.

oil filter adapter is doable with axle and knuckle still installed..

that was the last thing i did when i was putting my car back together. removed it with a 12mm 6" wrench and a 3/8" ratchet with assorted extensions.

i think it was 12mm may have been 10mm, even installed oil pressure sensor in the housing with a 15" 1 3/4" wrench i think was the size.

patience my friend

i also put in 1 pressure sensor with a wrench, the 1/4 or less of a turn and then flipping the wrench got old real fast, i now use channel locks, done in a minute tops now.

Do you need me to pull my o2 ext apart yet to look at it or is that ok now?

I guessed at it lol - seems to be ok for now.

TEK - the adapter was doable with the axle in but looked like pulling the axle makes it a whole lot easier.

nope it's a 13mm, not sure if anything on these motors are a 12mm.

when you dropped the motor in with rear header and crossover attached how much room did you have to do the back bell housing bolts

the low one rear of the bell is from the other side, ( trans side) and the other higher one should be right there with the rest of them.
