Ill probably never do this but i was wondering will chains fit in the wheel wells of 03 GT? and if they do will they tear apart your tires?
 


are you serious? you cant run chains on normal roads. theyd have to repave everything after winter if that was allowed.
 


do it i but some on my old buick before i sold it. It was as good as my snowmobile, but tore up everything (roads, yards, driveways)

i know for a fact you can't run em in Ohio bro lol, studs from Nov 15 to April 15 and if they catch you out of season its a very pricey oops
 
in ice, yes, in snow there about the same as any snow tire. I run em on my S-10 and LOVE em. With regular snows i've been stuck on small inclined hills from ice, not with studs and some weight in the bed!

They won't let you--anybody: truckers, cars, Land Rovers, doesn't matter--past a certain point approaching the mountain passes unless you're chained up. There's a wide space on the highway to chain up.

Owner's manual says don't use chains on 18".

I wish they enforced that around here. Some of these maroons run their damned studs all summer. No joke. :th_jester:
