can a gt beat a mazda 3?



lol yea they only have 148hp,they weigh about 2700 but its no comp even with a stock "gt" lol that mazda3 is like a mid 16 second car and I ran 15.71's with a stock gt(k&n filter) so your def. good 2 go!
 
lol what do u think gt's run stock? and I would be glad 2 post my timeslip up here if I could find it,that was like almost 2 years ago,and idk where your from where you think grand prix's are these dirt slow cars,maybe you had a bad experience with 1,I have a buddy who ran a 15.7 bone stock with his gt.like I said b4 I don't have time 2 get on here and lie about track times lol I have absolutely nobody on here 2 impress and even if gt's where you probably assume they run on a 1/4 mile im quite sure he would still beat a mazda 3.
 


im not saying a k&n air filter is a mod but what I ran is what I ran,15.7.believe me I understand where your coming from,my friend has a 07 sonata v6 with custom intake and borla exhaust and runs 15.2's all day but some dude on drag times.com has a stock sonata same model and runs 14.8's with the slip to prove it! so idk
 


no, the guy liked dropped off the face of the earth, i haven't heard from him in a really long time. but i did take a chevy truck with a built 350 in it :)
 
bashing gts vs gtps. i have both a98 gt black,and a 98gtp black.damn near identical and theres really not that big a differance if they are both stock. and i love them both.dont get me wrong once i started moding the gtp is way above it but stock really not much of a diff.i know i did it take one down the road come back and do the other just to see. gtp=better top end but well after 1/4 mile.
 


haha Silverado 2500 extended cab with an 8 foot bed. so yeah, semi at least. definitely a strong motor, bored over i'm not sure how much, throttle body spacer, flowmaster super 44. he's probably got me by close to 100hp. i hit the gas on the on ramp and it kicked down into first and was pulling away till we were doing 75 or so. first gear is amazing
