Cam Lope vs timing chain



You should have 130s with an XP... I ran 105s forever and thought they worked just fine.
Until I saw the dyno sheet when I finally put the 140s in.


Can you elaborate ? Let's say I have
stock heads
105 springs
s1x cam

where is the loss with the 105s and the gain with the 140s ?
Numbers sell and I'm always looking to upgrade
 
I have my idle set @ 700 in Park and Neutral and @ 800 in Drive. XP Cam on those blue #90. Stock chain and damper, new though.
 


Idle at 950 here, with an S1x, 105#, and a new single roller.

At that idle and a stock stall torque converter, the car doesn't creep forward when in drive... it does upwards of 20 MPH. lol
