Well not really anarchy but when **** hits the fan what would you do
if the government was to fall(when not if)

I was talking to a family friend and he said he has a saftey deposit box with over 80k in scrap gold
Made me kinda think might not be a bad idea as well as diamonds and silver basically any precious metal and stone

we are also buying enough arms to have personal saftey and hunting covered as well as bows and such
Im pretty sure we are moving to a mountain/outskirts type area after we are done with school
buying 10+ acres and basically making it self contained if need be large genirator,well water, a large garden and green houses
some basic live stock pigs cows goat horses
at least a quad/dirt bike for each of us
will have a gas storage and propane aswell

house will be built or added onto to include saferoom/bunker with enough food for a month or what not

ANd no im not crazy just history does repeat it self so why be unprepared

Im also thinking theres strength in numbers so who wants to join

so what would you do to prepare
teaching my kids to shoot and hunt as well as live off the land...
 


hey man this is something that would take alot of thought and you have a plan so congrats on that. living off the land in the middle of nowhere is an excellent start tho
 
yea my ideal plan is plan now and start over the next how ever many years getting it together starting with the armory and basic "go bag" for each fam member

More i look into things tho more i realize i need at least 100k plus land to do it
 
but...the more you look into it the more prepared you become because reality sets in a little more each time
 


true, it might not happen in your lifetime but it would be more important to teach the kids so that one day they can pass on the knowlage

Im not a complete nut job I just dont think that the us is a safe place when ****ers have deliverys brought into stores with mercenaries and **** come on the chinese own a **** ton of our dept the dollar isnt worth **** come on man

what is the most common ammo type availible in your area?

Once you sort that out, get the most reliable weapon that fires that ammo type everything else becomes much easier.
