I'll have to ask on the forums. I guess everyone who's low, has them all the way down..
Thats the strut bushing and bearings. The front strut setup is pretty strange lol. It's this here as a unit, goes up and in, then it has another plate, rubber washer at the top that gets screwed onto the shaft as well. That'd all that holds it from the top.

Lol naw, they are all just standards. These are the ones they offer with the kit even.
It's raining today so I won't get the rears on. But once they are, they'll all get lowered then. Just flush though.

I took a little ride today and wow, that's all I can say. They ride no different than stock besides being a little more stiff. I havent even messed with the dampening even. Theyre on 15, right in the middle of soft and hard. Maybe ill try n go 3 more clicks toward soft n see what happens. The grand prix coilovers suck so bad compared to these. It's unreal.
Here's the tops of the coilovers. This is all that holds them on, unlike the grand prixs 3 bolts on the actual top strut mount.

Since there was a quick break in the weather, I routed the hoses for my catch can. I wish I could have worked on the rear coils. But I should have time this weekend.

It's unreal the difference there is. That's why I was so hesitant of putting these on. If it rode anything like the grand prix, they'd be coming off. I'm extremely happy and with how cheap they were. I could always put some swift springs on the front too like you are to help me out even.

Haha yeah man! As soon as I can, me n the lady are saving for a home currently, unless it'd be in. And trust me, it hasn't been easy. I'm going to be paying most likely for the install as its only 1500 for the labor by a well known guy near me. That includes the spring swap. He was running a special for the first 2 guys on an lsa blower setup for parts cost of $3500. I wish I could have done that at the time, but he wanted cars with dod delete/cam swaps already and I would have been in the 6500 to 7000 range. I couldn't justify that at the time.
Or once I buy a house, I'm off all winter and could maybe learn to do it by myself. Although, idk how well that'd go and I just don't want to mess anything up. I'd need friends and help if it came to that though, I'd much rather do it on my own, just undecided as of now. I've watch a how to video and a thread if how to do it and was unsure man.

Got the rears on. Not hard at all, luckily didn't have any problems like some people were saying to me. Rolled the rear fenders with the fender roller too, that went smooth. Haha thanks guys, the rears need to come up a little and the fronts need to go down more. Front only has .46 to go lower.. idk what the deal is with that.. the rear has plenty of threads left.

Thanks man. I drove the other day with just the fronts and all of them in the middle (15 of 30) on the dampening and it was great. Just a tad stiffer than stock. Nothing like the horrendous gp coilovers. All of them at 5mm of preload as well. I didn't drive with all of them yet. I'll go for a cruise tomorrow n snap some more pics and maybe adjust them again as well too. I don't want the a$$ sag look though, I'll try n get a little rake like before.
