2009 MGM G8 GT - New Wheels & Carbon Fiber Spoiler

Re: 2009 MGM G8 GT - Moar Coilover Action

sometimes things work out... plus I'm getting rid of the GP, so there goes a money pit

Re: 2009 MGM G8 GT - Moar Coilover Action

Honestly...why coilovers? I think the height looks good now, maybe a small drop of an inch with some type of nice strut and spring combo, but it looks great as is. I've so gotten over the low thing.

Car looks fantastic man.

I was thinking the same thing this morning for some reason.
If you can dump the coilovers do it.
You have it pimpin perfect now....
I was one of the people saying coilovers and different wheels.....but dam was I wrong

Well with the coilovers it doesn't mean I'll slam it, I want to keep a somewhat comfortable ride as well. We will see how they go on and how the ride is. I'm sure I'll lower it a lot for a little, but I can always bring it back up to whatever I want.

Re: 2009 MGM G8 GT - Moar Coilover Action

Put my reflec dome on the oil cap and got the steering wheel inlay from reflective. I got it for free since I'm the first with it and they need pics on their site. :p

Still waiting on the faceplate, takes 15 to 20 days. So hopefully soon since the red just looks out of place now. Lol

No low yet, but shows he put in some great work into it and can't wait to see what else is planned for it. Amazing cars as always Kory

Re: 2009 MGM G8 GT - Moar Coilover Action

So why haven't you tinted the reflector in the rear bumper, or did you do something with it and I missed it? (too lazy to read through 24 pages)

I tinted them orange with some translucent tint stuff you can cut out. Probably smoke them out soon though. at certain angles it still shows red.

Re: 2009 MGM G8 GT - Moar Orange Stuff

Finally got my faceplate and got it swapped over. Looks much better. I need to practice soldering so I can replace the dic with amber and a few other lights in there as well.
