2009 MGM G8 GT - New Wheels & Carbon Fiber Spoiler

Re: 2009 MGM G8 GT - Moar Coilover Action

Its all back now.

I'm not a fan of switchbacks...Turn signals should be orange all the time. Do these switch off the hyper white color when blinking? If they don't, be forewarned that some auto dimming mirrors mask color change and some people won't be able to tell you are changing lanes behind them. I've come across this a few times before. My dad first experienced this with me (in Caddy Deville) when I had switchbacks that just changed colors (Hyperwhite just stayed on) and he asked why I never used my turn signals the whole way home.

Are you going to switch out the gauges to orange now too?

All the pics are broken

...looks like a photobucket server went down. Wow.
They're showing up for me fine now.

Yes they switch to orange when turn signal is on hence "switchback" they're just for aesthetics and I don't like the orange yolk bulbs that are always on with the parking/running lamps.

Yes orange gauges are on the way I said in the first one.

I meant does the white go out when blinking? or do they just switch white - orange - white - orange. I do know some cops pull over for it too.

coilovers on the car, yet it's still stock ride height.

First day back to work and starting the season today. I got off and put on the strut bar. More for aesthetics than helping anything. It looks good though and I love the hammer tone finish.

Re: 2009 MGM G8 GT - Moar Coilover Action

Honestly...why coilovers? I think the height looks good now, maybe a small drop of an inch with some type of nice strut and spring combo, but it looks great as is. I've so gotten over the low thing.

Car looks fantastic man.

It's a pretty big gap, an inch at least would even look better. Idk if I'll lower it a lot yet or what. I'll have to see what rides best.
Sooooo niceeeeee
Thanks kyle
