Compression test time..
Theres always something wrong...
Have you disconnected all the speaker wires from the amp and turned it on to see if the protect light comes on (Just power, ground, remote and RCA's connected to the amp)? If a speaker has shorted, it will trip the protect as soon as it tries to produce sound.Another bad update.
My amp running all of my door speakers went out.
It has a red light on for "protection" and it wont go away. I tried re-wiring everything, checking all lose wires, trying other wires, new wires, checked all fuses and nothing is changing the protection light. I just dont get it. I might just have to buy a new one sometime down the road.
