Just made one of the best purchases ever for this car.

We all know 97-03 cup holders are the worst cup holders to ever be invented. But what's worse than those? Having only one functional...

One side of my cup holder was broken for the longest time. Finally I went to the junkyard and spent a whopping $4 on a new cup holder. But wait...... there's better news.... Not only did I buy the '97 year replacement, I went big and got the newer style. (00 - 03? I think). It's a whole 1/4 inch deeper, if that. What an outstanding upgrade!

Also, I found an extremely clean 2000 GP GT at the junkyard. Had the Daytona color door panels (w/o the badging). Junk yard wants $11 for a bare panel each. Kinda thinking about snagging them up. Mint condition. But not sure if the two tone door panels would look good since nothing else in the interior would match the silver coloring. Hmmmmm.

Looking at $50 about for the 4 panels. Just the two tone color. Most likely sell them since I really shouldn't be spending any more on the car for now. Need to start saving for my winter tuition.

If I know for sure these will sell for a profit I'll get them. Not sure if there's much interest in these panels though.

Dan if you pick them up I'll pay you for them. Been looking for them forever at the junk yards around me. Slowly changing mine into a special edition interior
