Josh is right. You don't need to be concerned about taking it up to 6k+ on your stock cam. I think you'll get more than the full potential once you fix your exhaust leak and get retuned, not so much focus on revving so high.

No the vacuum cap. I'm pretty sure that's from the EVAP.

I wouldn't waste my money on a VS cam. Sure it does make more power, but I want to hear the damn thing. Not drop $1k on it and not even hear any lope.

The exterior is in great condition.

Engine/Trans has been rebuilt - 18k miles.

The interior is what gets me though, that's what is on the rough side. The painted headliner, the two different color a-pillar, the red/blue interior lights, Blah blah blah.

Why, VS cam would be great for DD and if you don't intend tacking it to the track alot for the high end power. I don't see why not... Just do 1.9 RR's then

$1k total for a NIC cam installed in my car.
