I got married July 30th, 2011 and Now come this August looks like im going to be a DAD!!

Congratulations! Life makes more sense when you have children. Things don't seem as random anymore and things you may have brushed off before will gain a more profound and deeper meaning than you probably ever thought possible. Good luck.
 


Congrats on the new addition. Enjoy it while they are small, because they really do seem to grow up too fast. My daughter will be turning 4 tomorrow already. And lucky for me she does have an intrest in cars. I showed her how to change the front pads on the GP. Even gave her the ratchet and she went to town, lol...
 
you didnt even get a solid year together being married...

congrats. i hope to have a little me some day, but i am attempting to string it out until i cant anymore.

we dated for 6yrs. Lived together for almost 2 of them. So im surprised it didnt happen sooner. lol
 


i have been dating for going on 6 years now too. we have lived together for the last 3 years in july. we are getting married in june. she keeps saying she is going to stop taking her pills once it's official and i keep making faces at her ideas. i want a little bit of time after we are married to get fully established financially and what not before i commit to having a child and am poor again. i havent done anything slightly entertaining with my money in the last year and a half.

congrats all in all, but i dont envy you. ;)
 
Congrats man!! We just had our first little girl on 09-10-11. Its a life changer brother. Wouldnt trade it for anything. Amazing how you can hold something so small in your arms for the first time, and every single perspective or outlook you once had on life gets tossed out the window. Its amazing!! Best feeling in the entire world. Congrats again man! Its awesome!

Bio, if everyone waited until they were ready financially to have a kid, most people would not. Thats the least you think about once they actually arrive. The things you once thought were important, arent so important anymore. Its kind of crazy really.
