well i finally gotta new car... took a few weeks but it happen.. everybody seen me bi+chin and crying about gettin one.... well here it is...
its a 98 gtp 189k needs int work so dont rag me too hard..... askin price was 1800 i paid 11
...
the guy was crying i cant take 1100 i want atleast 1500.. then he blew the back tire and said IF YOU GOT 1100 CASH RIGHT NOW ITS YOURS...
thats when i slammed a wad of money on his hood... and here it is.. i have to take more tomorrow but here's two for now
dash is cracked needs the sunroof button support as it just hangs around.... needs carpet bad as hell and maybe two front seats to be replaced.. also a center console and thats about it...
since i had it i fixed the misfire which costed me nothin since i had coil packs laying around and now im looking at the traction control and perf shift button.. neither will engage.. the buttons click but nothin happens.. any ideas
OK so the story goes.. i found this very car two weeks ago listed on craigslist for 2200 cl said it has been up there since dec... when i contacted him he reduced the price to 1500 on cl...i talked to him he let me know what the car was doing at the time... and he said it needed nothing.. soo i talked him down to 1300 over the phone.. this was on a friday.. he told me if it doesnt sell by sunday its yours... i said ok.... so sunday comes... he says i have another person coming later this week to get it so i already called bull.shi.t and started searching for more... so a week passed he still havent contacted me.. i texted him maybe three or four days ago no response.. soo alex (zero) wrote me on here telling me his friend seen one for sale.. come to find out its the same car... so i told zero i was coming down to take a look... i went down there yesterday 2/3/12 w/ my brother and gf to look at the car.. i met up with zero friend he gave me directions to the place... while on the way to the house we came across a red light.. i happen to look over and said look at the gtp at the gas station.. then looked closer and seen the bigg ass forsale sign in the window... at the time i looked over and seen the car i noticed my bro car oil press dropped completely... so i made my bro do a uturn and i caught the guy putting air in the back tire.. i asked i see its forsale... *(this is the same guy from craigslist)* i know its him he doesnt know its me... so i asked about the car he said yea i would like 1500 for it... i said i dont quite have 1500 but i do have 1100 CASH.. thats when i pulled out the money and started playing with it in my hand. then he frowned up his face starting to say i cant do that.... then BOOOOM!!!! the tire blows completely... then he jumps and say "IF YOU GOT 1100 RIGHT NOW CASH ILL SIGN THE DAM TITLE OVER" SHO NUFF HE DID.... then back to the mc problem... his lifters are now tappin to hell..so then i called (sarasotagtp) bill and texted zero to dig up some info on the car... *(thanks to both of those guys for the help) bill and zero both informed me about the pressure switch soo thats when we brought an oil pressure switch and oil pump but only put the pressure switch in.. the pressure came back but the tappin still loud as shi.t.... so anyways fixed the mc sorta took the gtp back to ga misfiring to hell (now fixed) and now she sits in my driveway.... cool story bro i know.. goood thing is its all true
and for shi.ts and giggles look at this ish i seen while down in st augistine..
