• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I dont know if any of you know or not, but Jess has not been feeling well the last couple of days. She had to go to the ER because she has passed out while at home and has had trouble breathing. Yesterday evening they had to airlift her from Arkansas to a hospital in St. Louis. She had to have tubes put down her throat to remove the infection in her lungs. They diagnosed her as Stage 3 H1N1 and are not sure what else they can do for her at this point. She was transported home today to a hospital in Arkansas and she had been feeling OK. Tonight she took a turn for the worse and stopped breathing at approximately 5:30 under her own power. They have since put her on life support and have induced her into a coma. Any positive thoughts and prayer are needed and welcome for her. I hope she comes out of this OK. I am not sure what anyone can do to help other than to pray, but she is a tough girl and I hope she gets better soon.

On a side note, right now her brain is responding to light and sound, but she still can't breathe on her own and is in an induced coma. Her mom has her laptop and phone so hopefully we can post some messages here and maybe I can talk to her mom and have them read to her if she is responsive...

damn dude, people that have asthma and get H1N1 are really getting screwed over here. thats unfortunate that she has to be caught in the middle of that.

hope she gets better.

dang, i was just talking to her last night, she didn't mention anything was up. sad to hear, hope she gets better soon

Prayers and best wishes go out to her and because my nosey wife was peaking over my shoulder theres a prayer group of over 100 that will be praying as well

I wish all the best to you. Get well soon and i hope you come out of it feeling like nothing ever happened. My prayers all go to her.

Oh man, that's no good at all. I've almost been that bad the last few weeks, I hope they can keep her stabilized.

Prayers to you, Jess!

Jesus. I don't know what to say. I bs with her alot and was just thinking today how much bullshiit she can take and still laugh, then talk about cars... Hopefully she does the same thing to this bullshiit and makes a good recovery. I also hope her daughter is doing well through this also.

Update....she has come out of the coma and her latest x rays show that the infection is breaking up in her lungs. She is breathing on her own. If her oxygen levels stay good there is even a chance that she could be home before the end of the weekend. So thank you everyone, her mom is very grateful and keep up the prayers until she is well. She is on the right path now, so hopefully it continues.
