2000 Grand Prix Gt ideas

i was just pointing out your huge heavy rims are gonna help destroy your diff and trans with boost

Bballa. Do us all a favor though and paint your car black. If I come on here and your car is green or some sh*t me and about 99% of us will hate you

why cant people just stay away from bodykits that look like a 10 year old designed them? even if its painted dark. id suggest this with some wide cobras to fill it. http://www.mpd-inc.net/images/gpflare/flarekit3.jpg. people thought got boost was crazy when he decided to run 18x9 wheels if im not mistaken. this flare kit and cobras would looks so nice wish i could afford it for my red 02 coupe.

ya thanks i got an intake, wheres best place to get a tune at i dont want them ****in it up?
3800 performance is where I would get one if I could not get someone local that I trust. They have a rep for having the safest tunes out there for your vehicle.....

THAT kit...is 1500 bucks...and you have to custom do A LOT of stuff. Well over the 2 grand range to get it done right. Only reason I told gotboost he was crazy because he was going to lower the car too...there ain't no way...we've tried it on a car here...they rub no matter what.

my body kit is almost done im gettin new rims origanly i wanted 18s but guy told me he could get me 20s for same price so i did it they look nice on car but are way to big and with 4 ppl in car when i hit a bump they rub. but yes cars getting painted jet black.

alrighty thanks and you bought one from 3800???
no not yet......I dont have all of the supporting mods to drop to the 3.4 pulley yet. If I dont get a custom tune, I will be going with a 3800 performance PCM( actually they have the DHP tune) and I cant get the new pcm for the gtp as I need to have the 3.4 pulley first. But, I have never heard a bad thing about the DHP programs........and I can not say that about any other mail order tune that you can get anywhere else. You will hear good and bad about overkill, intense and the other tunes. As far as zzp goes you might be safe with a zzp, but I would stay away as they have blown up many a motor on the GTP or supercharged end of things. I just think that it is an indication of them going all out for performance and not having a "safe" tune and I personally feel that they may be pushing their luck across the board for all of their tunes. Some people here have had bad luck with customer service as well from ZZP. It is all up to you though.....
