• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Some more top swap questions! Yay!

i dont know if it really makes a difference or not to change em or not. i had them on hand and swapped them.

they are in the block one on both sides, rad side is easy, the rear side is tight with the tranny pan but doable.

probably not. if you mean you took the bolt out, then literally pulled it off bare handed. the last 1/2 or so they slide off and back on easy then line up the key way by turning it till it drops another 1/2 inch deeper on the crank.

Ya i took the bolt off and pulled and wiggled it a little and boom, popped right off.

Yeah that's where I figured they were. I wonder they are different part numbers for sure?

i looked up the part #'s, not the same. if you got a zzp tune there for a top swap im sure the n/a sensor will work fine. or they would try to sell you new ones....right?

My orginal NA pulley I took off it was pretty on there tight all the way off with the puller. Then when I put my SFI crank pulley on it didn't slide over the crank by hand at all I lined it up put the bolt in and slowly started it by impacting the bolt but it was new.

Your pump is fine I'm still using mine but mine is oem some of those pumps from the parts store aren't the greatest

Ya i got oem to granted i dont remember what it was but i remember my dad telling me the after market pump ls sucked and blah blah i think we put a delphi in it. We also had to splice in a different plug for the new pump. Never figured that one out

That's weird it should plug right in if it's oe replacement I mean the bigger pumps you have to but not oem ones
