Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Finalized LIM gasket plans

I will be 100% impressed if the EGR hose is bad and that you were able to predict it. I didn't move it much when removing and reinstalling it. Maybe I hit it accidentally or something. I tried bending it when first removing the LIM. Do you think I can feel the crack with my hands or are they usually thin cracks?

dude, you just been boostafied, do what the man says already and dont question it.

Don't be impressed. Nearly every EGR tube is cracked when you pull them off the first time and look them over.

I"m BillBoost BTW.. I've worked on far too many cars to question what's wrong with them. It's like second nature at this point.

this should be your sig billbo...

Well after some investigation, I found a crack along the Y hose on the TB. It's not 100% torn through, but theres a crack going right down the middle. I don't believe that's the problem though. I was still not able to loosen that EGR bolt. I used PB Blaster on it and even started stripping the nut. I'll either have to wrench it off with all I've got or just buy a whole new EGR valve, and I bet that won't be any easier getting off. But, the brake situation: it's in the front, not the back. I'm thinking it's the oily rotor because it got better as I drove down the road. Idle situation: I saw it go down to 850rpm and that was after 10 or 15 seconds so maybe there isn't a vacuum leak. I've still yet to let it idle for longer than 1 minute so anything could happen at this point.

Fix the busted vacuum line. that's your first order of business.

FYI.. putting electrical tape on it..is not a fix.

Not any more!!! My car thought it'd be funny to overheat. Got pretty damn close to 260 degrees. Sat pretty much in the middle of the road for 20 minutes. It was hysterical. When I saw the temperature gauge, I slammed on the brakes and sorta pulled over to the side and shut it off. Waited until it was like 2 tick marks above the 160 degree mark and drove the 1000ft home lol. Yeah, I was that close.

damn dude...you really f'ed that car up...lol

Actually, not really. Oil filter didn't do anything. Fixed that in 30 seconds. Brakes work fine now and I didn't touch them. Idles properly too. Coolant was the only thing and I knew it was gonna be because I didn't bleed it. I hate coolant work. It'd be my only motive for buying an all-electric car lol.
