ok, i guess thats doable lol
if its not a tight fit its a leak.
advance auto sells little white T's and Y's for like dirt cheap, 2 bucks for a two pack for most. new vac line is like a buck a foot.
Make sure that the hose from the brake booster to UIM is not under pressure and being pushed/pulled. Ensure it's clicked all the way into the UIM, ensure the vacuum line that attaches on the top of it from 97-03 is in place (HVAC). Did you pull the PCV apart when you did this work? If no.. no worries. If yes, fix the o-ring that should be below the pcv. Make sure the throttle cable isn't holding the throttle open slightly.
Pull the EGR tube from EGR to LIM and look at the gigantic crack in it where it meets the LIM. Swap that out and you'll be all set.
dont think the lim job can mess up the brakes making them clunk. you'll have to hunt that issue down. time to take the wheels off.
i leave my e brake on over night every night. so thats out the window too. unless you never use it. once again time to start looking stuff over.
Parking brake could be hung up from not using it
