• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

Trying to decide on what color decal to get for the bowtie on the impy.
Options are....
Silver
Red
Black

I'm not sure what other colors to consider if any.

Help me pick one...its been a battle trying to decide for over a week now.

Hmm so the parking lights still come on, which is okay I guess. I wonder why the resistor method didn't work. I may remove the daylight sensor (photocell) and test resistance in the sunlight. Then use the appropriate resistors to mimic the resistance I found and see if that works. I would be puzzled if that still didn't work. But I'll let you know what I find and if that's the case I'll cut the wire and just have auto parking lights. Thanks.
The sensor seems to be an issue on the 2002 cars, and possibly 2003/ GM must have changed something on us. LOL

Keepin on driving it..

One day I'll swap that ps pump. Shhhh no one tell Scott. I give him a hard time for putting stuff off.

i dont have to tell you what happens if you drive on a dead pump. tisk tisk Bill.......lol man up, its easy lol and you know it. some how im sure you own that damn gm p/s pulley puller already.

you have to know driving with a stone dead p/s pump kills the rack almost instantly right? its like the worst thing you could ever do to it.

I say black Danielle.. I know typical but it's probably one of the few colors that will work with victory red!
These are the 2 colors Im torn between most. I originally wanted to match the ss badge color, which was silver at the closest. Then I started thinking black...black would go well. Tint, mud flaps and eventually vent visors would be able to tie the black together. Can't really see the calipers, so no sense in trying to match those.

I'm leaning more towards black....

Paid the mechanic 600$ ... Well there goes my rainy day fund .
