Naw, I know him from FB n he has a 97-03 but idk if it's a gtp or not.

It's a 97. Gt. It's lightly modded and needs tuned because running crappy. Scott doesn't like me for some random reason. I'm a paying customer and I guess I don't make enough power to get his interest.

Ported lower intake.
Slightly opened throttle body.
Zzp 2.5 dp with 2.5 straight all the way back to the stock mufflers.
Couple others that I can't think of at the moment.

Not a fuel issue here, perhaps the ported TB is causing issue because it's not a stock part anymore. MAF readings will be off.
Though if you think it's a fuel issue, get a FP tester and stick it on the fuel rail and see what it's like at idle and while driving.

I just need a good scan and tune. Also kinda have an electrical issue too that I need to have someone more advance help me out with

Kinda depends on what is done. The 97's had the bar housing that channeled the air to the sensor. Messing with this at all will cause readings to be off, more so than polishing the rest of the bore. I'm sure that it is a likely cause though.
