• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

What did you do to your Car today?

While I'm in my hangover I tightened up my lugs, they were already really tight, but I guess not tight enough, killed most of the vibrating. I'm sure if I tighten them up more it might stop completely but I'm scared I might break something. They are already tight as ****.

Yes I make sure I do every time, it could be balance because there's prolly 10k left in these tires but would tightening the lugs help an unbalanced tire?

Also my rims are 5x114.3 btw

Tightening lugs wont do anything for an unbalanced tire. Try rotating them around. Unbalanced tire on rear wont be felt as much,

What I have to do (5x114.3) is rotate the wheel while i hand tighten the lugs and then go back and tighten then with my ratchet. If I don't then a lot of times the lugs don't go in all the way on the rim.

Bet you lost the weights on the rim have it looked at my a tire shop. That would be my first move. If they see an out of round tire or bent rim then you know whats going on

Took the GP to Cosi yesterday and it ran fine on the way there. Got in it to go home and it ran like poop. It seemed it missed all the way to Zanesville (about 45 minutes) to Advanced where I scanned it. Had no codes other than the o2 sensor codes and a new thermostat code. Turned the car back on and it ran fine the rest of the way home. Confused at the moment?? Plugs and wires a new as of 2 weeks ago and y'all know the trans is new. Fluid in trans is bright red and up to where it needed to be. Any suggestions? 05 GT

mine just ran bad all the time but as soon as it started doing it i swapped it out. I didn't have the 128 code though.

Got me torque app with the adapter. Now I just need to know/learn what readings are good and which are bad lol
