Brando's All New Cruze

Re: Brand's slow car

Welcome to the white curse

Care to enlighten me ?

everyone with a white car has a curse of things that hit the car while driving.

In before it gets dented. Or snowed in lol

Is this a curse with this car or all white gp's? This might explain the dent my friend put in my door with the pressure washer wand, The ladder falling on it, being egged. Wait this may be a curse? :th_shakinghead2:

Re: Brand's slow car

Mine had a run in with a baseball bat. And now the replacement hood is flaking. Im going to completely remove all the white on it

Re: Brand's slow car

Hmmm. My Camaro is white and it met a guardrail, couple small trees, and a fence. White cars FTL?

Re: Brand's slow car

White cars..

2003 SSEi and I (black Bonneville at time) parked on a windy day at the furthest (mile a way) reaches of a walmart parking lot that was nearly empty.. There wasn't a thing near the cars and I mean nothing. We came out.. shopping cart up against his car and a nice little ding from it.

My Regal.. nearly got taken out on the drive home from buying it. The other day I had (no lie) five different cars try to hit it.

Good defensive driving is the only way to own a white car.

Re: Brand's slow car

Hopefully I don't get that lol.

So I suppose I'll keep the same ride thread and just incorporate this one into it.

Now that things are settling down, insurance came out cheaper :) Starting to gather thoughts on plans with it. I know Cole had things together to complete the GTX look, probably going to abandon that idea. I'll keep the hood so long as I can get it fixed. It has the ssc lowering springs on the front only.. haven't really decided if I want to lower the back or just revert back to stock height springs. Thoughts?? I'm pretty on the fence about that one, namely over the ride quality, but also practicality.

Engine wise it will get some basic maintenance soon, it will be getting a windshield washer pump and reservoir added back, might rethink the oil cap breather pcv wise... More to come.

Re: Brand's slow car

My white cavalier met its demise against a bridge wall.........

My white Intrepid has been in two hit and runs with it being on the receiving end. Also my sister drove it for a few months and ran into some stuff with it, however with her silver car she has not had an accident with it in the few years she has had it.

Oh and the motor blew up in it when it had 68k........I'm sure I'm missing a few things since its a Dodge and all

Re: Brand's slow car

personally i would try both ways for 1 week each just to see what you like better.
