Finally decided to get the polyurethane engine mount to help with the power to the wheels and the engine movement. Any pros or cons about this mount please share your experience and or comment.

LOL ive had my vapor since 2008, ive been vaping when I was In California nothing new out there tried them all this is just the one I stuck with.

I guess it is wired I asked pros and cons after I bought the poly engine mount but I wasn't asking anybody to help me make a decision on buying it, my decision has been made for years now just getting around to it. but yeah pros/cons as far as the mount longevity, the true power to the ground, and is it really durable as it claims. lil questions like this is what I was referring to but at the end of the day I already knew this mount was far better than the OEM stock mount especially if your someone making power so this mount was being bought regardless.

Mount is in but it feel great, I should've been bought it. Lil mod ive done to help with vibration, did it to my poly tranny mount 3yrs ago so I figured I'll go the same route with the poly engine mount

I didn't like all the extra vibration from the poly trans mount. I am still running my poly engine mount, and like it.

I second the vibration on the poly trans. Didn't really notice any gains from it either. I went with the solid engine mount to avoid any additional Vvvviiiiiiiibbrrrraaatttiioonn

Off topic: that ecig looks tiny. I have a protank3 and an Innokin itaste SVD, love it.
On topic: I need to do the mounts in my car haha.

Funny thing is with this New poly motor mount I'm still Getting some flex. Like the header/downpipe is hitting the firewall/top of exhaust tunnel but only when I get on it hard of course but it shouldn't do that. Tried shorter dogbones before in the past for other reasons but debating on if they'll pull the motor fwd enough to clear the header/downpipe from hitting the firewall/exhaust tunnel on hard take offs

That's because you have pivotal mount setup in a W body. Then the only thing holding it at the top has two bolts with some space etc. Overall it's a bad mount setup for putting down power.

There's another mount thread that just came up where Tengis hopped in and I posted pics of a bonneville mount too. Maybe a front engine/trans mount to the subframe is in order.

i made my own solid mounts, got rad side polly mounts, stock engine side bushings still. i must say, the engine hardly moves now.

it does vibrate like a mother at idle in gear tho.

Just found out my driver side swaybar bracket is broke in half literally so that explains it all. Wasn't the mounts I guess making all that noise, these motors are torque monsters

Who sells a 38mm swaybar bracket?

Wow never noticed that, so where's the quickest place I could get one? I prefer a strong durable one for this big swaybar and torquey motor

i got mine at advance auto, some moogs not polly but are holding up well. moog dont seem to come in metric, so i took two sets out to the lot and test fitted them before buying.

ive got the dorman 33 mm bar and i think i used the middle size. you can look up whats closest to 38 mm in English standard.
