No mods list, still using supercharger body as a UIM on turbo build, stock fuel rails. Is that an air filter where the oil cap goes?

the way i see it, he needs the filter there because the pcv valves not hooked up properly, or could be because its turbo.

Ok he would potentially blow oil seals because the crank case has no vent.
