Should fit fine. Not sure about any rubbing though but should be ok.
 
I have 17s on there now with 235/55/17... Are these stang wheels wider?

I was more concerned about their 114.3 vs my 115. Or whatever it is, I think you know what I'm talkin about

I'm photoshopping as we speak, 300 is a few hundred bucks less than I wanted to spend

Just buy the wheels, you can always sell them back off.. PLENTY of peeps rocking bullits.
