Either you mean ZZP stage 3 heads or the guy has no idea what he's talking about with stage 3 headers. There are no stages...only EGR or non-egr and downpipe style.

Stock airbox, stock pulley. Even if the internals were built, he'd need to have a camshaft to actually be making any extra power.
+Engine cover mod, if he ditched that he'd gain at least 20+ hp

2002 GTP. Silver with 195K needs trans work and the radio lights flicker. $950 in the chicago area. would this be a good ieda because the trans needs to be taken out and serviced. Ive done this before but maybe someone else would be interested enough to save it from an uncertain future

Talk him down to $500. Worst case scenario, you part it out and scrap it.
