Winter upgrades Complete on the G8

Spring is almost around the corner so figured I would get the car finished up.



First I started with getting a tranny cooler installed





Then decided to go with e85 Flex Fuel system w/ some 52# zr1 injectors







Changed out my stall to a Edge Racing 2800 stall.







Put a Ortiz Custom Gauge Pod in.





Also picked up an extra trunk lid and put the Holden/Euro Spoiler from PFYC.







Decided to upgrade my MAF to a Ls3/Ls7 Card MAF



Put on new suspension while I had it up in the air. Put on Fe3 shocks & struts with TienS springs.

I already have Australian ORSSOM intake, Texas Speed cam, milled & ported LS3 heads with hollow stem valves, Kooks LT's w/ 3" xpipe, Rick crawford ported TB & modified upper intake manifold. Im pretty much at the end other than going blown or stroker kit. The car made 460 to the wheel before the stall change and little more aggressive tuning. Oh cant forget i have a 100 wet shot on it now too.

I couldnt pull anymore than a 2.0 60ft and some tuning issues last year. So only pulled a 12.5 @ 114. I know it has a 11 in it without the bottle. and with the stall the 60' should be better, then the bottle to add to the 10 sec pass.

You mean the FAST 102 intake? They are junk compared to the Rick Crawford modified intake. The fastest NA 2010+ Camaro & g8 are both running Ricks intake.

But yes it will be running 10's this year with the car seat in the back!

Naw, im happy with NA. The fastest NA g8 is 10.59 @ 130 mph

I just changed my stall to higher one to pull the 60' down. I will be running a 100 wet shot this season and my tune is dialed in a lot closer than it was last year.
