Window goes up slowly? Help

Ok so during the winter my windows seem to struggle going back up and sometimes even get stuck :/ they are slow even in summer any suggestions on how to cure this problem and restore lost window power thx for reading.

motors and regulators can be replaced, but the easiest solution is to take apart the window switches and clean them. that might help out a lot.

try the switch thing first and if they're clean then go to your parts store and price one out then try rockauto.com

Its attached to the motor and assists in moving the window.

Next time when you roll down the window, look at the rubber seals leaning against the window. Due to wear, the leather-like inner surface of the rubber may disappear, and the increased friction may turn down the rubbers, causing even bigger frictions.

My drivers side was slow last year. I just put the window down, dielectric greased where the vertical part of the window travels and now it goes up and down like normal.

Just something to try before dropping cash on a motor/regulator...
