yes, those will fit. you're probably going to have to roll your fenders.

i ran a set of wheels with the exact same specs and tires, except mine had a +45mm offset. they rubbed and so will yours.
 
Alright guys new question for you:

What if I went with a 20x 8.5 wheel with a + 45 offset. Do I still have to roll my fenders?
 


that's gonna be pretty similar to the 19s you posted. either way it really depends on the tire you run, your alignment settings, and the wear on your suspension. who knows, it might not rub. i was just trying to let you know its highly possible.
