why does Steering gets stiff

As i'm going down the roads, my Trac light, ABS light, and my tire pressure light comes on. And when it comes on, I can feel my steering stiffin up alot. Any idea why this happens? (Lights come on because the sensors are cut on both front wheel bearings). Also, would gas milage be related to these sensors for some odd reason? Becuase right now I went 215 miles and have less then a 1/4 tank. (no codes and mostly highway driving).

because you have magnasteer and it's tied into the abs and trac system.

mine did that before.. after that my rack and pinion broke. un related problem.. but i gotta new rack and the problem never happened again

So could this some how be related to gas milage in some weird way? My gas milage is freaking stupid!!!! lol

Maybe you just need a tune up? When the weather gets cold your gas mileage will go down quite a bit.
