• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Why do some people feel the need to pull you over for stupid stuff?

So today I was going to work, and we're moving into a new building so I drove down to see the new building for the first time. Now its a four lane road, so two lanes going each way. I was in the left lane because the new building was on the left, no traffic, 45mph speed limit. I was doing like 20 mph because I was just looking at the new building and check my mirror to see that traffic is flying up on me so as all 18 year olds do.. I hammered it. It just so happens the guy in the black Chevy Cruze in the lane next to me doesn't like the sound of my newly aquired blower whine so when I get up the street to turn around he cuts me off, stops in the middle of the god forsaken road, and proceeds to tell me my car is too loud and that I need to stop accelerating so quickly. So we then both went on our way heading the same direction.. and yes just to further piss him off when the road opened back up to two lanes I gave him another wonderful dose of my blower whine . Just had to rant..

So he jams up the road ILLEGALLY to tell you in his opinion your car is to loud and you accelerated to the speed limit to quickly. I would of just drove around him slowly giving him the finger.

Ace, the guy in the Cruze would rather you reinstall that FRAM filter.

Cut him some slack, I pity the guy. If he's driving an automatic Cruze, his transmission is liable to detonate at any time - and when he takes it to a Chevy dealer, they will say "operating as intended".

I absolutely love just the thought of how that would look....sorta like a 75 yr old woman getting yelled at by a teen driver.....lmfao!

I don't understand that even a little. I could understand if it was a quiet little residential area, but anywhere else all I'd be tempted to do is compliment you on the nice whine.

****, I hate how loud and obnoxious all the ricers are in my area with their fart can "exhausts", but at that point I just roll up the windows and turn up some tunes.

I tried to give you that fram filter. I know how much you love them!

AceGTP--

Yep, FRAM's right up there with Bosch spark plug wires, Dexcool, Exide batteries, and pretty much any engine part that GM decided to make out of plastic.

Come on now we all know how amazing Dexcool is.. I still have it in my car. I'm surprised you haven't come over and drained it out in my sleep. You could be the Dexcool Bandit!

It wasn't meant in a negative way......I have seen plenty of elderly people who shouldn't even be driving anymore flip someone off for them blowing the horn at them for going 15 in a 45......that's why I made that comment ,because it was a good response you had is all.
