Sorry there chief...if he KNOWS how to drive...he'll win. Said Ion's have ran 14.1 stock...where that's a good amount of bolt-ons for your GP. So...in short...no. But whats the point of racing if you always KNOW you'll win...that's like putting in the infinite health cheat on Grand Theft Auto...its boring.
