who makes this spoiler?



i like the limited edition spoiler a bit better, on a 4 door. 2 door the special edition looks the best. imo......

:th_shakinghead1: well if you would have read... the Limited Edition was available for ONE year only, less than 1000 made, and only in three colors... infact, this is the first i have ever even heard of the Limited Edition... the Special Edition was made for seven years, so many many made, and in most any color (i think) around here the Special Editions are a dime a dozen, and a friend even has two or three... so you make the connection, what do you think is easier to find??

:th_shakinghead2:Actually, you're incorrect on some of that. Yes, the Limited Edition is much harder to find and a lot more expensive and was produced for one year. The Special Edition spoiler was only produced for 3 years. 2000 Daytona 500, 2001 Special Edition, and 2002 40th Anniversary. So technically the Special Edition was only one year as well, but the spoiler spanned 3. Hopefully you're not thinking an "SE" is the same as the Special Edition. The Special Edition spoiler was offered in Galaxy Silver, Black, Red, White, and Dark Cherry (I could be forgetting one). The Special Edition spoiler is also more difficult as it doesn't use the stock GP mounting holes, where the Limited Edition spoiler does. I've owned both (2 SE spoilers, 3 LE spoilers) and I prefer the Limited Edition I have on my 99 GTP. So both take searching and can end up being quite expensive depending on cost, shipping, paint, bodywork, etc. Good luck on your search.
 
^^ well i tried... lol i really didnt know, i was just taking a stab in the dark.. lol but one of my friends has a silver Daytona 500 and a GTP SE in black

:th_shakinghead1:Well if you would have read more carefully, you would see special edition and SE are not the same thing. BTW does your friend have three SE spoilers or three Special Editions? If special edition how much does he want for one?

i know SE and Special Edition are different... i wasnt sure how many years they made the Special Edition, and now i know... three years.. and my friends are attached to cars... but i can ask the next time i see him
