• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Which is better?

2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT 220,000 miles some body damage or 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP 166,000 and a salvage title, with severe hail damage?

gtp is horrible...
if its just a dent, idk
keep looking for somethin with lower miles and no damage (except the normal wear and tear)

I am buying one of the two between now and Monday, I have to have a car and I want a Pontiac Grand Prix 1998-2001, but not the SE.

Whish me luck my Pontiac Family!!!!! :th_thumbsup-wink:

I am going to look at a Grand Prix GT for $2,400.00 it is a 2001 do you think it is a good deal? Milage may be high and it hs some dents but I need a car and can keep this one for at least another 6 years. No Warrenty-AS IS

I can only pay $1,100 down, I get unemployment so that is the biggest problem right now. But can pay $200 per month. If I could get financed no more than $6000. So far I can only qualify with my situation for $2,000-$2,400

good choice on not getting them... do u have a limit on wht your goin to pay?

Any certain reason why you CAN'T leave Liberty? I have my asumptions but I didn't want to be an azz about it ya know?

I'd say if there is a bit of cosmetic damage and it has high mileage...but runs and drives good, I'd say shoot for the $1700-$2000 range. If need be...$2,400 isn't BRUTAL. It's all up to you though man...its your money.

My friend Blue you are never an ass about anything you are cool with me.

I can't leave Liberty because I have no car. My roommate will not drive me past 30 miles to look at a car. Hell I been wanting to go look at some cars for the last two days and hope I can go tomorrow, I am giving gas money, but she is an ass, and will not take me until she is ready, I really don't think she wants me to get my own car.

Man I have been stuck in this house since Oct 2009. There are no buses to catch except the one in the AM and then comes back in the PM. I only been here since Oct and have not made any friends here. I missed the lights in Downtown KC for christmas, sat in the house for New Years. I asked her to take me to look at some cars two weeks ago it took her a week to take me, the car I wanted was sold, three of them have sold while I am waiting on her, she does not work and says she is tired. She just found a job and will work all next week, if I don't get a car this week I may not get one at all.

This is some sad ****, because if it was me I would be helping a person find a car, especially if they were paying me gas money.

I am praying she taked me out tomorrow as she said, if not Blue can I pay some gas money to take me to look at some cars? If so how much you need would $20.00 get it to go to the ones in KC I have about three places I want to check out?

My number is 816-288-0307, Lloyd is my name, just in case she don't take me. If not I understand. I have missed out on a lot, with no car, seems like she wants me to be locked in.
