So I noticed last night that when I accelerate I hear this sound like air rushing out of like a hose or something. Almost sounds like when I get into boost. Its not the normal whine from the supercharger. I've checked all the hose fittings to see if anything was cracked or coming undone, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. At first I thought it was a connected for the boost gauge I had just put in, but its still reading boost, plus that's a vacuum not air surg ing out...right? The cars still running fine, no issues, but id like to know where its coming from and fix it.

Also, im trying to find out what's up with the rear of my car. Sometimes when I hit a bump the rear feels like it scoots out to the side a bit and im hearing this humming coming from what I believe is the rear (hard to tell exactly whil im driving) would this be wheel bearings? But wheel bearings would cause stability issues in the rear....would it? I've checked all other rear components, track bar, trailing arm, sway bar, struts ect. Nothing seems worn or out of place, (struts look stock..kinda rusted but nofluid leaking and still seem firm when I push down on the rear.) Any help/advice would be great!

The rear wheel bearings are a pretty common failure...actually just wheel bearings in general on GP's are. Jack up the back and grab the tire at the top and bottom and try to wiggle it. if it moves at all theres your problem. its a pretty easy fix too

naws no go boom.... unless its a movie.... nonflamable...

EDIT: Every car that I have had feel like the rear is kicking out(at work) has ended up being a bent trailing-arm/trackbar. People seem to think it's a perfect place to hook the chain to get em out of the ditch... could have a shop check the rear alignment.

my car felt kind like the rear end was moving around and it ended up being the front pass side ball joint.

Sorry, for some reason I thought "nos" was flammable. Lol
I need to replace the pass side lca bushing, but didn't think that would affect the rear too much like that. And alignment is good, all bad parts have been replaced..gotta check wheel bearings tho, and struts look stock.
