Where do you park.....

Im anxious to know if people love their car as much as I do, lol.

For example: If you went to Walmart, would you find the parking spot in the front of the parking lot(closest to the door)? OR park in the back of the parking lot with no other cars around?

I always park in the back. I hate un-explained door dings.:th_angry2:

I work at a Cub Foods here in MN and I park backwards with the front end of the car towards the store and as far away as I can get from everyone. All of my friends that I work with do the same. I even take of four spaces in the summer when the greenhouse is gone(its still in the lot right now).

The walmart here has a back door for oil changes and stuff and seeing how i never really buy more than 1 or 2 things i park back there and check out at the oil change counter, they never say anything either. No lines and no one to park next to and no long walk almost getting ran over by people chain smoking 10 cigs while looking for a parking spot in their 85 Bonneville.

I don't look for the closest spot, but the first damn available spot! By the time I drive around looking I could of been in the store and already started shopping. Although after I get the car painted and all fixed who knows I may go to the back of the lot again... :th_yawning: but hell those spots are quick and easy to find.

Depending on what I am getting. If I am going to walmart for a couple things in the electronics or sporting goods department, I will park near the oil change door because it is close. Otherwise I park wherever I find a spot. Like Bio said, its a car.

I'm too lazy to drive around looking for a spot I park at the end of the nearest line I find towards the end of the parking lot and yell at fat people parking in the handicapped spot cuz they too fat to walk the extra 20 feet

I have walked over a car that parked right in front of the doors the fatty was trying to get out his car when I hopped up on the hood and walked over it walking heavy to leave dents
He started yelling I said your too lazy to walk to extra few feet I'm too lazy to walk around your car
he called the cops ....my mom showed up gave him a ticket and told me to go home gotta love officer mommy :)

I park in the back at work, nobody else there. I park on the opposite end of the parking lot away from the store.

People that wait for the "first spot" are usually very overweight, from what Ive seen. Its just an excuse to not want to walk more than 5 steps.

the closest damn spot possible. its a car. get over it.

Yeah sure it's a car ...................but I try to take care of it, I respect other people's property. Nothing piss's me off more than to come out and find that some f*cking a$$hole has run-in-to, backed-in-to and f*ucked up my car and then just gone on their merry god*anm way and l'm the one that has to fix the god*anm f*cking car!! There's just NO respect. end of rant

i try to take car of my car and i respect other peoples things as well, but unless you plan on keeping this car until the end of time then no matter what you do to it the resale value just goes down. drive it. its a car, its meant to be driven.

I generally tend to park in the back...but the only thing is. At my first job (it was a staples doing computer work) we would get people who would come into the lots with Saw-Zaws and take peoples catalytic converters and stuff, so now when i work there on the weekends I park my car up against a wall up front. As for my mon-fri we have a dock/warehouse in the back with 4 dock bays, I just park my car in the last dock bay to the left :)

WTF! People could actually just drive into your parking lot at Staples jack your car up and cut off a CAT with a loud ass tool (saw-zaw), and no one noticed??

I think it was more like 'nobody cared' over 'nobody noticed'.

Now, if I saw that I would feel compelled to steal their jack. While it's in use.
