I looked all over, and have figured out that stock tire size for the 15 inch tires is 225x60R16. BUT... are they 6.5x16 or 7x16?

To add to this, what is a decent SUMMER tire for our cars that gives a good balance between grip and longevity?
 
I have a set of BF Goodrich G-force Sport Comp2 tires on my Comp G and I absolutely love them.
