Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Don't forget a full bath with a urinal and a shower. How about an office/lounge area as long as we're dreaming (flat screen tv, beer fridge and microwave). Also, if it's a separate building, an outdoor enclosure for the 80 gallon two stage air compressor.

I've got a buddy with a 60' x 100' shop next to his house. He's got the lift (which is real nice) and he's drywalled and painted the interior, with an office/lounge that looks like an old gas station complete with pump, an old bottle vending machine and tire display.

As for me, I've got to make do with my dinky 25 x 34 attached garage. Why do you always seem to have more cars than places to park them? :th_laugh-lol2:

6 Bay garage with a 2 post lifts in it. on the one bay would be a complete full sized automotive spray booth, for tool storage a Snap On War Wagon, parts washer, road force capable balancer, tire machine, Drill press, 240v or better MIG welder, full shop air, Large grinder(stone & Wire Wheel), Brake Lathe, and a 20 ton Hydraulic Press.

Bridgeport mill and a 16 X 36" engine lathe, both with DRO's. How about a dirty room with a full welding station with MIG, TIG and a plasma torch and an exhaust fan.

i figure when i move after the old ladys outta school there will be a min of a 50x30 shop going it those steel buildings cost 6000-15000 as long as you have the foundation poured
