Whats normal timing advance at idle?

I just hooked up a scan tool to my 3.8 and noticed that my timing is advanced 24* at idle and 31* at its highest point :confused: I just wanted to know if this sounds normal or not.Any input would b helpful, thanx.
 


sure, why not? timing at idle isnt your concern. timing during cruise, part throttle, and WOT are your concern.
 
assuming youre n/a then thats fine. if you had a GTP and had 30* at WOT id be very concerned about your motor.
 
Usually 16-21 at wot for s/c cars and can get it up to 30-44 at cruise/idle if you tweak it, very few go further than that.
