Ricers who rev at every light. Annoying as hell. When they do that I just roll down my windows and crank up my music to tick them off.

I only thought of that because I was at a food lion the other day and this kid in this yellow maybe 98-2000 civic with a gaudy body kit was just going like 5 mph in the parking lot reving it up at anyone who was looking or even not looking, and it sounded awful at that so when he went past my I gave him the courtesy of showing him what a car should sound like and he stopped lol.
