They seem to have really good reviews and a cool tread pattern. I'm not sure I want to go with directional tires again but they have good wear 55k\6 year warranty. Rated 8.1 on tirerack.com. Have decent snow and ice traction above average for a all season tire.

I need new tires badly and was thinking of buying them when i get my new credit card.
 


Some of the reviews say the sidewall is a bit soft which swayed my opinion. I live out in the country with bad roads so I need a nice hard tire. A tire shop suggested these to me tho. He said for the price it is a great tire. I am leaning towards these.

Cool tire but i need a all season due to not having winter wheels. If i was looking for a straight summer tire that would be a nice one.
 
I have the Altimax RT on my car, they're pretty decent tires. They seem to be wearing well. I've put about 12K on them so far and they look like they've hardly lost any tread.

I read a lot of reviews a couple years ago that they suck, blah blah. They would suck at the track. They break loose pretty easily on a launch, but they corner well, and they seem to really shine in the rain, as you might imagine by looking at the design.

I only used them a bit in the winter, though. I have snow tires. Couldn't really say how they perform in that regard.
 
Eh, I'm sure they can't be THAT bad in the winter. I made it through this winter on 50k mile potenzas. Yes it was a bit dicey...but I'm still kickin. A tire with a mean tread that that will be fine.
 
I think when i get ready to buy these will be the tires i'll get unless anyone else can find a cheaper one with just as good reviews.

After handling many of these tires, I can confirm this to be true in most cases.

There are dumb sizes like 205/55r16, which have such short sidewalls to begin with, that aren't too bad.
