What size rims?

Well I have a friend who has an extra set of rims laying around so we decided to put one on my 2007 grand prix. There 19 inch rims but on my car they look ridicuously small so I'm wondering what I can do to cut down the space in the wheel well.

In the picture you can see how much space is there. I know I can drop the car but thats just gonna reduce the space above the rim. I'm thinking I'm going to need like 22" inch rims. Any ideas or comments would be great.

Yeap those are 19s, they came off a RX8 and they hugged the fenders on that thing. I couldn't believe the 19s have that much of a gap on my GP. I have to get like drug dealer rims, giant chromes to take up that gap. I like the rims but they look too small, looks like im riding on 12s.

they wont look small when you put tires on them. 19s are a great choice if you cant make up your mind on 18s or 20s. here was my '98 on 19s:

my car was also lowered though.

The body on my car is amazingly huge so i don't want it to look like I'm a cheap ass and didn't want to go any bigger with the rims lol My friend is selling me all 4 rims with tires for 350$ Theres a few scratches on 2 of the rims but the other 2 are un touched. So what do you guys say.... 19s with bigger tires and the drop or just go alil bigger with the rim itself?

put tires on them and it wont look as bad. keep the stock diameter tires and maybe lower the car. i dont think youll be disappointed when you put them on though.

the 04+ cars do ride a little higher than the 97-03.
