What is a good tire size for my 17's

I actually don't mind the size tire on them right now. Smaller sidewall I could see.

As far as rim color goes. Why not gunmetal? It's not black and it's not white. Lol
 


Im just not really a fan of dark colored rims on a white car, Its either the color they are now or white. I just like the white because it stands out. Also if I have to roll the fenders I will Id just rather not so do you think with 255/45/17 I would need to roll?
