Yeah I've seen that but I'm not very skilled when it comes to creating something like that. :( I guess I could give it a shot but I'd rather just pay for one hahah.
 
for those who got refunds, if you could post when you filed the dispute, claim, and when you received the refund, i think it will help show others how long the process will take and we can keep track.

Ah, ur better off without it. No intake should have a 90 * bend in it. If you would rather just pay someone Im sure someone here would be more than happy to build you one.
 
parker has done right with me before, but at the same time he has played around with my money, he did refund it, but the situation was sketchy and i know untrue.


things happen i guess. but he does always seem to pay people back. just takes a while

I disagree... Parker's FWI was the best around, there was no 90* bend.... I do also agree that you should make your own.

Filed Sept 9 (Yesterday) - Escalated to Claim Sept 10 (Today) - Dispute judged in my favor and refund pending Sept 10 (Today)

Seems like all the stink we are raising to paypal is making our case an easy one to win. Thanks to intrigue98 for calling Paypal and letting them know the situtation. I'm pretty sure that made the disputes pretty easy to resovle. Also thanks to AmericanSoldier for serving here and abroad. I'm really happy that we're going to get our money back. Best we could have hoped for now
 


mine got processed from my credit card and they said with this info and the rest of the info i would have NO PROBLEM getting my money back! what a tool bag, when he wants your money bam he's all the help he can when you have a problem or wanna know where your refund is he's no where to be found. typical

yep, I have a refund of $475 pending...Just so everyone knows, I had a pending refund once before- it takes 4-6 days for paypal to post it to your bank, so be patient...

And to all those who told us to chill, or were sick of our whining- don't just sit back and take this ****, do something and something might get done- sitting on your ass doesn.t do you any good...
 
Right now its just speculation. First off, I hope things are okay with him (Parker)

I've purchased over $500 in parts from him, spoken on the phone and msn with him (business related and just chatting about cars etc)
He seems like a cool guy, think he just had his 21st birthday a few months ago.

There was a mix up with one of my orders (I received 2 left Fbody calipers)

He not only paid for me to purchase a new one locally, he also paid the return shipping for the other caliper back to him. Even when I said I didn't mind waiting for him to ship a new one. So I've had positive experience with him and don't think he is stealing or cheating anyone.

Something terrible could have happened to him and I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I know its easy to say when you are not currently out of money and waiting for a response. But just wanted to share my experiences with you.

I'm sure it will all get sorted out.
