What gaskets to use on Gen V with a Gen 3 SSIC

Alright,
Got a gen V cheap. Going to do the swap. Got the Gen 3 off. I have a gen 3 ssic. I know its not the best but I am waiting for guy who makes the intercoolers on the this this site to get the machine up and running so will get one of those when its back up. HOPE SOON>...lol.
Anyway, should I change my LIM to the gen V one, or just keep my GEN 3 LIM on it on for now (Since I just put new mobile one in a few weeks ago dont want to go to waste with replacing the LIM). The SSIC is a Gen 3 so not sure it will make much difference. I currently have a GEN 3 gasket between the LIM and SSIC. Would I be fine leaving that set up and just run a GEN V gasket on top of the SSIC with the GEN V on top of that for now? Or would it be better to change the LIM and all the gaskets to GEN V???
The SSIC looks like it would cover the openings of the Gen V LIM so not sure what the difference is between a Gen 3 SSIC and a GEN V SSIC. Cant find anyone with pics of both.
Sorry this is long but anyhelp would be great.

Thanks!

you will need the gen V lim, gen V core, and Gen V gaskets with the gen V blower as they are different. the gen III lim can be machined I believe but if you have a lim on the way might be better to wait

Yep..thats what I did...except zzp gave me 2 wrong bolts when I ordered the gen v set...ugh cant wait to here how it whines.

Gen 3 and 5 LIM's are the same casting. The GEN 5 lim has a bigger hole (approx. 1") for the supercharger air. You can bolt it in no problem.

You can not bolt a GEN 3 supercharger to a gen 5 lim, it will leak!!!!

Thanks for the responses..I used gen 3 liwer snd gen 5 upper...sseilmnop looking to get a full size ic from you when you are back up and running!

False ..... I have done it and NOT have it leak. But we used RTV not gaskets.

With enough RTV I guess it could be done. Will not seal with a gasket because the hole in the intake goes slightly under the snout.
